So what are his suggestions for a low carbon diet? Eat less meat and dairy, eat local, eat organic, grow your own, eat less processed food… Any other suggestions?

Honestly, I not up with the play on David Gershon’s views. His video was the next one on YouTube after the first one I posted. I like what he said and decided to post it too. Peoople are welcome to disagree.
You’re suggestions are great. I agree with them all.
One thing I do sometimes is split my dinner serving in half and save the rest for lunch the next day. Overall my consumption is less.
