Transition Towns
By JimHunt | Sep 9, 2008
I see nothing on this site about the work of Andrew Morrison and Anne Heins such as appears in the printed Just Living which came in the post today.
I think the dreaming of what could be and the idea of towns in transition to better ways is the way to go now. Many people are getting the message that the age of oil dependency is over. Inventions and new discoveries are reported every day. It is good that people are repenting from waste and pollution, but the other side of turning from evil to what is just and right is that God is good and has all sorts of wonderful gifts to show yet.
It is not right to go on being so gloomy about the things we need to give up. Let’s have a little more dreaming about the wonders to come!
